After washing, lay the item flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry, avoiding wringing, twisting, or hanging the garment, as this can lead to distortion and potential rhinestone loss. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting, avoiding direct contact with the rhinestones. Please note that while we strive to ensure all rhinestones are securely attached, it is common for some to fall off with normal wear and washing. This is considered a normal occurrence and does not qualify as a defect in the item, so we cannot accept returns based solely on the loss of rhinestones.
